I demand happiness

In high school a friend asked me what I thought the most important thing in life was. "To be happy," I said. At age 17 I had figured out the secret of life. I am now 24, and after the past six years I seem to be substantially less wise. It's not that I am unhappy, it is just that I'm not as happy as I think I could be. I eat microwave meals, I suffer through my trafficy commute, I watch TV shows I don't care about, even my dog seems to be in a rut! I can't help thinking this should all feel much better. That is why I am setting off on a mission:

TO DISCOVER THE SECRET TO HAPPINESS!

I will not be unhappy one day longer... I demand happiness.

  1. i'm so excited you have a blog now! Do you think the secret to happiness is different for everyone? I do. For me, I think it's mostly in personal relationships.
